This asana is a set of 12 asanas, which exercises almost all the organs of your body. This asana can be done by anyone of any age. However, if someone is suffering from a hernia problem, someone is pregnant or you have had any surgery then you should avoid doing this asana. The best time to do this asana is in the morning. If the sun is saluted with the face towards the east, it maintains good physical and mental health.

For example, the right side of our nose is the sun pulse and the left side is the lunar pulse. To do this pranayama, close the right nostril with your right thumb and inhale with the left nostril. Take a break after a while and now close the left nostril with the left thumb and inhale with the right nostril. Repeat this process 15-20 times. Doing this pranayama strengthens your immunity, relieves stress and gives the body plenty of energy.
