In today's modern age people use all the things associated with mobile extensively. In which people use headphones to listen to songs or watch videos from mobiles. Research by the National Institutes of Health and Medical Institute in France found that 25 per cent of the French population had hearing problems, meaning they were deaf. This has been studied in France. This includes 186,460 people between the ages of 18 and 75

Researchers believe that earlier research was done only on a small scale but this time according to the research done, people have hearing problems due to lifestyle, social isolation, depression and loud music exposure.

Problems due to sugar and depression 

The research found that hearing loss is caused by sugar and depression. So some others are bothered by loneliness, city noise pollution and the use of headphones.  

37% of people in France use hearing aids 

Only 37% of people in France use hearing aids. Even smokers and people with high BMI use hearing aids less. In response to the growing problem, last year the French health department made hearing aids available to the public free of charge. Insurance is also provided for hearing aid assistance.

250 million people could be deaf by 2050

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 150 million people worldwide are experiencing hearing problems in some form. This number is expected to increase to 250 crore by 2050. So it is seen as a health problem.

Excessive use of headphones reduces the ability to hear. Listening to songs with headphones for a long time can cause numbness in the ears. According to doctors, excessive use of headphones can cause symptoms such as ringing in the ears, dizziness, insomnia, headaches and earaches. This fun can be a punishment for you if you listen to loud music with headphones. Also, avoid sharing your headphones while listening to music in the office or at home. Doing so greatly increases your risk of ear infections.

- Headache problem

Using headphones every day also does a lot of damage to your brain. Because of the strong vibration of music we suffer from mental illness. It can also be accompanied by headaches and insomnia.

- What to do to survive?

Use headphones only when needed if you also want to avoid ear related problems. Use good quality headphones instead of cheap headphones. Also, you should not use earphones for more than 60 minutes a day.
